Garage doors

Made to your opening, not to a catalogue

Sectional, roller and side-hinged. Every door is built for one specific opening, in the chosen embossing and colour - and an authorised partner measures the opening before anything goes into production.

Models

Start with how the door opens

The way a door opens usually follows from the building, not from taste. Below, briefly, when each model makes sense.

Finish

See what your door is made of

Pick a model and you will see its full palette: panel embossings, surface textures, colours and decorative appliqués. These are real options from the current range, not examples.

Questions

Before you ask for a quote

The questions we hear most often about this category. If yours is not here, call us - we usually reply the same working day.

  • Sectional or roller?

A sectional door lifts under the ceiling and needs room above the opening and along the ceiling. A roller door winds onto a shaft above the opening, so it suits a low lintel and garages where services run under the ceiling.

  • A 40 or 60 mm panel?

40 mm is enough for an unheated garage, detached or attached to the house. 60 mm makes sense when the garage is heated or sits inside the body of the house - then the door separates inside from outside and the panel thickness really counts.

  • Do I have to order a drive with the door?

You do not have to, but it is worth it. A drive is matched to the weight of the leaf and the number of daily openings. Ordered with the door, it fits that specific construction rather than a catalogue average.

  • Why are there no prices on the site?

Every order is made in a specific size and finish, and on top of that come site conditions that differ with every opening. A price list for a product like this would be fiction, so an advisor prepares the quote once the details are settled.

  • Who takes the measurements?

An authorised partner near you - they come to the site before production starts. That stage decides whether the installation goes without alterations, so we do not rely on dimensions given over the phone.

  • Who installs the door?

Installation is done by our authorised partners. We will gladly refer you to a partner near you, who will come to the site, take the measurements and then install the door. You will find the nearest points on the “Where to buy” page.

  • How long does it take?

We confirm the date when quoting, because it depends on the model, the finish and how full the production schedule is. For unusual sizes we agree it individually - we would rather give a realistic date than a prettier one.

  • Will I see the colours before ordering?

Yes. The samples on the site are indicative, and a shade on screen can differ from the real one. We show the sample book before you order.

How it looks in a building

  • Dwie bramy rolowane w garażu wolnostojącym, jedna otwarta

A garage door is the heaviest moving part of a house, and the only one that runs several times a day for the next fifteen years.

In practice the choice comes down to three constructions. A sectional door lifts under the ceiling and rolls onto tracks - it needs room above the opening and clear space under the roof, but it opens without taking up the driveway. A roller door winds the curtain onto a shaft above the lintel, so it works where services run under the ceiling or the lintel is low. A side-hinged door swings outwards, takes nothing from the ceiling, but needs room in front of the garage and does not suit narrow driveways.

The second decision is the panel. Forty millimetres is enough in an unheated garage, detached or joined to the house by a utility wall. Sixty millimetres makes sense when the garage is heated or built into the body of the house and the door becomes part of the external envelope - then panel thickness translates directly into heat loss. With a garage under a bedroom it is also worth considering the drive transmission, because a belt runs quieter than a chain.

The finish is the last step, though usually the first one a customer thinks about. There are embossings, surface textures and colours, and on some models decorative appliqués as well. You can browse every option here, but a colour on screen can mislead - we show the sample book before you order.

What to consider when choosing

Room above the lintel
It decides whether a sectional door fits at all. With a low lintel you are left with a roller or a side-hinged version.
Is the garage heated
This settles the panel thickness. In a heated garage a thinner panel gives away heat you will not notice straight away.
What is under the ceiling
Sectional tracks need clear space. Services and a lowered ceiling narrow the choice of construction.
Room in front of the garage
A side-hinged door swings outwards, so it needs a clear driveway and will not work next to a kerb.
